Project Highlights and Results

• Engineering design to address critical needs (Priority 1) and to preserve existing equipment (Priority 2), included:
  • Installation of new direct digital control (DDC) system
  • Modifications to existing air handling systems (including equipment refurbishment)
  • The addition of reheat coils to reduce infiltration
  • Computer Room supplemental cooling
  • Conversion of existing hot water pumps to variable
• Replacement of AHU condensing units, coils and piping.
