Project Highlights and Results

• Identified and evaluated alternatives to replace 228 PTAC units
• In-depth survey needed to create vertical paths for new DOAS infrastructure and confirm above ceiling conditions for ductwork
• Replacement design includes new water cooled Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system
• Phased design approach allowed building occupancy throughout construction
